Using InTune
Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain the rules for using InTune. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing Premium.

1. Agreeing to these Terms
These Terms apply when you create an InTune account, use the app or purchase Premium. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account or continue using InTune. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and the Medical Disclaimer explains important health limitations.
2. What InTune is
InTune is a health-support and information-organising app. It helps you record your own experiences, compare easier and harder days, notice possible patterns in your information, identify factors that appear alongside difficult days, find practical things to try, organise your thoughts, prepare for healthcare conversations and generate reports from information you recorded.
InTune is not a diagnostic tool and does not determine the medical cause of symptoms.
3. Health and medical limitations
InTune does not diagnose ADHD, perimenopause, menopause or any other medical condition. It does not determine the medical cause of symptoms, recommend starting, stopping or changing medication, replace a doctor or qualified healthcare professional, or provide emergency medical care or crisis support.
Patterns and associations shown by InTune are not diagnoses and do not prove that one thing caused another. Outputs depend on the quality and amount of information you record. If there is not enough information, InTune may not identify a meaningful pattern.
Seek appropriate professional advice for health concerns and treatment decisions. Do not use InTune in an emergency. If you have severe or sudden symptoms, feel unsafe, or may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency or crisis service immediately.
4. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use InTune.
You must provide accurate account information and update information that changes where this is relevant to using the service. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them where doing so could give another person access to your private information.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from something outside your reasonable control. Tell InTune support promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
5. Information and content you record
Your content includes check-ins, notes, Vent It Out entries, Decision Reset entries, treatment information, toolkit information, tasks you want to start, items you put on hold and anything else you choose to record. You retain your rights in that content. InTune does not claim ownership of your personal experiences or health information.
You give the InTune provider and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy the limited permission needed to host, store, process and show your content back to you, and to provide the features you choose to use. You are responsible for deciding what to record and should avoid entering another person’s private information unless you have an appropriate reason and right to do so.
6. Vent It Out and Talk It Out
Vent It Out gives you somewhere to type your thoughts or record a private voice entry with Talk It Out, and keep a private personal record when you choose to save it. Sometimes you simply need somewhere to vent.
Vent It Out does not provide automatic diagnosis, medical analysis, medical advice, therapy, emergency care or crisis support. Talk It Out saves your recording as audio, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not transcribe it. You decide whether to save or delete it.
7. Patterns and insights
InTune may compare information you recorded and identify a possible pattern or association. A factor may appear more often on easier or harder days, based on the information you have recorded. This does not mean the factor caused, prevented or treated a symptom.
Results depend on how much information is available and how complete and accurate it is. A result may change as more information is recorded. Use patterns as information to consider and, where appropriate, discuss with a qualified healthcare professional.
8. Reports and healthcare appointments
You may generate reports and summaries from information available in your InTune records. They are intended to organise what you recorded and help you prepare for conversations with healthcare professionals.
Reports are not medical diagnoses and do not replace clinical records or professional advice. You are responsible for checking a report and deciding what to download, send, show or discuss with someone else.
9. Seven-day free trial and subscription
When you complete onboarding, InTune gives you seven days of full access to the app. No payment card is needed, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
After the seven days, you can choose to subscribe at US$9/month or US$90/year, and the annual plan includes two months free. Subscribing happens through Stripe Checkout and requires a valid payment method. Payment is taken when you subscribe, and the subscription then renews at the plan price until you cancel. Stripe Checkout shows the price and billing interval before you confirm.
InTune aims to email you a reminder about two days before your free trial ends, using the email address on your account. The email explains that nothing is charged automatically. Email delivery can be affected by email providers, so you should also check how many days are left inside the app and in Account & Settings.
Each account receives one free trial. An account that has already received an InTune trial, including an earlier trial that used Stripe Checkout, or has previously had a Stripe subscription is not eligible for another one.
If a payment fails, InTune may mark the subscription as past due and restrict access. Payment retries, collection timing and any later subscription action are handled under the Stripe billing settings in effect at the time; InTune does not promise a grace period or fixed retry schedule.
10. What your trial and subscription include
During your free trial and while you are subscribed, you have access to InTune’s features, including check-ins, personal pattern outputs, personalised planning based on recorded information, treatment tracking, practical toolkits, tools for starting tasks and for pausing before you react, buy or say yes, Vent It Out, Decision Reset, People Around You, and downloading a doctor-ready appointment summary.
InTune does not promise that a particular pattern will be found or that using the service will produce a particular health outcome. Features and access levels may change in accordance with the changes section below.
11. Cancelling and deleting an account
You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account & Settings, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing.
For an active paid subscription, the portal shows when cancellation will take effect. If Stripe schedules cancellation for the end of the current billing period, access remains available until the date shown in the portal and Account & Settings. If cancellation takes effect immediately, access ends with the subscription. When your trial or subscription ends, you will not be able to use InTune’s features until you subscribe, but you can still reach Account & Settings to manage billing, download your data or delete your account. Saved InTune records remain unless you delete them or delete your account.
Non-admin users can request account deletion from Account & Settings and must confirm before it continues. A confirmed deletion cancels an active, trialling or past-due Stripe subscription, removes the user’s active InTune records and deletes the app account. App owners and admins must contact Base44 support for owner-account deletion.
Account deletion is intended to be permanent, but it may not immediately remove information from automatic backups, Stripe billing records, uploaded voice recordings, or records a provider must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention or billing reasons. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
12. Acceptable use
Use InTune lawfully and with reasonable care. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, access another user’s information, interfere with or attack the service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.
InTune may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate serious misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms.
13. Intellectual property
The InTune branding, app design, software, original written content and original materials belong to the InTune provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No registered trademark or other registered right is claimed here unless separately confirmed.
You may use InTune for your personal use in accordance with these Terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of InTune materials to you and do not give InTune ownership of your personal content.
14. Service availability and third parties
InTune is an online service. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. InTune does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
InTune relies on Base44 and related platform infrastructure to operate the app, Stripe to process payments, and other providers described in the Privacy Policy. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. InTune is not making promises about a third-party service beyond what has been verified.
15. Service warranties
Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, InTune is provided using reasonable care but without a guarantee that every pattern or output will be accurate, that the service will always be available, that it will meet every user’s individual needs, or that using it will produce a particular health or personal outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees, privacy rights or other protections that apply by law and cannot be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the InTune provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by information a user entered incorrectly, use contrary to these Terms, or services outside the provider’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including any liability that applicable consumer or privacy law requires the provider to accept.
17. Changes to InTune or these Terms
InTune may need to update the app, features, access levels, pricing or these Terms. Material changes should be communicated clearly before they take effect where reasonably possible and where required by law. Updated Terms and their effective date will be posted on this page.
If a pricing change affects an existing paid subscription, information about the change and when it applies should be provided in accordance with applicable law and the billing arrangements shown through Stripe.
